No, backload like normal evening prior to an AM Session. The new RTR Podcast mentions that very quickly, to just backload.

So, AM trainers should watch their fat intake more than PM trainers on backloads? Is that what you mean? If yes, is it because of that AM trainers does not take as much advantage the effects of tGLUTS?Edit: I never REALLY understood why backloading for AM trainers works so well too - I mean, an AM trainer could train on friday morning and then backload on sunday evening for their training monday morning. The way I see it, they do almost not utilize GLUT translocation, and their muscles do not "wanna soak up sugar" as much as if you backload only an hour or two after a training session.

No I didn't mean that, it is something you will have to find out what works for you or not, to be honest.

I think everyone is different, but for me, I noticed a huge difference in body comp when I moved my last Pro+Fat meal to at least 2 hours preworkout and waiting at least an hour after my carb load to have fat. I just felt like it was slowing down my digestion. Also I dont understand why we are making the jump from ,your body releases fat with your meals, so that means adding more fat on top of it doesn't matter… I'm curious to see CBL 2.0 and specifically the scientific research.
