With my schedule I am only able to train on Mon,Tue and Weds.  I do a backload on Sunday for my Monday workouts, should i do a back load on the Mon tue and wed also?  I am doing the SA protocol and I am looking to burn bodyfat and keep the muscle I have.  I just didnt know if training consecutive days and doing backloading each night would be to many carbs.  On my off days i stick to the 30g or less of carbs a day.

Do you lift mornings or nights?

If fat loss is your goal, I would tell you to backload Sun, Mon, Tues nights. Then after your Wed workout, just do a PWO shake with some carbs in it (20g is probably plenty) to get the anti-catabolic effects.

Sounds good, should i keep my sunday night back load as clean as possible or have some of the “junky” carbs that night, i.e. doughnuts etc.  Is waxy maize still a good standard for carbs in my PWO shake, that is what i have been using so far.  My workouts have been amazing since backloading but I have not noticed the body fat come off like i thought it would. I am attributing it to too many backloads with consecutive days training and not eating the "clean" carbs like I should have been.  Gonna play around with that and see how that works.

    That's fine or dextrose.

Waxy maize is fine, try a 50/50 ratio of Dextrose/Waxymaize or Maltodextrin. Thats the best blend for not only the huge insulin spike but gastric emptying.
