I all just it see if anyone could clear this up for me on my ULC day i have 100g of dry rosted nuts on the pack it shows 11g for carb i was just looking to check if i should take away the fiber from that 11g which would take down the useable carbs within the 100g or should i just work on the 11g as the useable amount.Thanks for the help all ,this is just one of the things that i can not get clear on on my 4th week of CNS and lossing about a 1-1.5 per week i would say so work out okjust what to make sure that i have every thing coved.
