It all depends on goals as well, the recent Road to Rip podcast should be listened to.You can have breakfast if you want, an example given by Kiefer is a couple eggs with bacon, and coffee with HWC. I personally have MCT Oil upon waking, and a coffee couple hours later with MCT Oil. Lunch another example from Kiefer is beef with cheese and/or avocado. IF you want veggies throw butter with it. The same idea/concept with dinner if doing the Prep Phase and ULC. Nothing wrong with having breakfast a fewe hours after waking.
