So just found out there was Leucine and a bunch of other BCAA components in my Isoflex Isolate protein powder… should I be concerned about this when I use it within my coffee with coconut oil? I'm only using 10g in my coffee as Kiefer recommends.

kk ill be on the lookout.  I have been a little hesitant about my protein powder.  I have been using Isoflex for quite awhile but I have no idea if the ingredients are actually negative to progress.  Isoflex is obviously flavoured with artificial sweeteners … But I dont think it would really matter since I only have a full serving when I take my PWO shake (no carbs/ just leucine, creatine and whey) and don't eat any fats till at least an hour or more after anyway (morning workouts).  Opinions?
