I don't know if this is suppose to be like this or not, but I just wanted you guys opinion on it. Some guy's veins are popping out and muscles looks full all the time, specially in the gym, but also outside. I know that vascularity and full muscles has something to do with carb intake, but I'm not sure exactly how. I never look really vascular and muscles does not get that full look - at least, only when I train a given muscle. My arms are pretty vascular when training, say, biceps. But outside the gym or just if the given muscles are not worked out I almost never get that vascular full look - only at night before bed (think it's some hormonal thing). Am I overthinking or is there something I should do differently?

you are most likely going to need to get your bf% under 8% to see vascularity all the time

Okay. I actually thought that it had something to do with carbs or sodium in my case. Obviously, BF% is important too.I'm around 10% BF.

you can look here at some pics and the description http://www.builtlean.com/2012/09/24/body-fat-percentage-men-women/  6-7% is around the time you will get the prominent vascularity. For shows and such a lot of guys do sodium/water loads to help things pop out more which is only a short term thing done for getting on stagealso genetics do take part in how big and where veins will pop out when you get lower bodyfat
