Due to my schedule for the next 2 months, I'm left to the following choices. For fat loss while maintaining muscle, what would be the best choice?1.  Carb nite every 7 days, but it would rarely coincide with a workout day.2.  Carb nite every 6 days, with a workout in the middle of a 6 hour carb nite.

1)You don't have to lift while on CNS, nor before a CN. It helps and can be beneficial, but not necessarily needed.

Makes a difference what your stats are, too.But I'd go with option 1 purely because I think working out in the middle of a CN would suck ass.

Stats:  6' 3″ 245 lbs.  23% BF.  I heard Keifer's say he has a client eat a PB&J sandwich 1 hour before a workout on a carb nite.  Something about wanting fat in that meal, so I've been eating that and rice pudding pre-workout.  I have also heard him say that a workout on a CN is not necessary, but it helps.I'm wondering if a CN every 6 days is too soon, being I have a high BF %.
