Here is a link to Josh Bryants new book.  For those who aren't familiar with Josh, he is an incredible strength athlete with accomplishments in powerlifting and strongman.  He is also one of the creators of the Metroflex Powerbuilding Method that was used by Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman, with whom I believe he's both worked with.  This book is on the bench press and goes really in depth.  It covers CAT training, Isometrics, Plyometrics, Partial ROM, bands, and chains.  It also discusses how you can bench to activate and build certain muscles.  It looks really promising.  I just bought it and I will give a review when I finish.

I brought this e-book late last year and found it well written and informative. Also pretty easy to apply idea's from to your own training without huge changes. I used his Dead Benches for awhile and it helped to get my bench moving again until it started going backwards. Dead Benches as I believe he mentions in the book should be used sparringly for short cycles. I thought I could push the results out a bit longer and ended up causing more harm than good. I always do this though so cant blame Josh! (:
