Hi everyone, I'm Aaron and I"m new to CNS and the forums. I have a question about carb timing during fat/protein days. Today, for example, I reached 25g of usable carbs during lunch with a big salad (tomatoes, sunflower seeds, onion) and a Triple Fiber shake with a greens powder. Is this too many carbs too soon? Even though it's an ULC day, should I still put those <30g of carbs in the evening? FYI my fat is still high--70% of calories so far today.
