CBL – Follow Numbers?

    Just started – the baselines in the back of the book.  That is what I follow for intake during the day and then after workout?  Numbers seem heavy…

    Pre-workout numbers and after really…  Was thinking someone has put it together some where along the way.

    Well yes and no, there are logs to look at and have to experiment.If you haven't really done any of the CBL principles, then I would start. Follow what the book lays out. The pre-meal macros is just a baseline. Going up or down is what Kiefer suggest as the experiment. The carb amounts should come from glucose type foods and starches as well.
