Does anyone know of the probiotic blend Kiefer recommends in the most recent podcast….its his protocol for cleaning out with magnesium citrate and probiotic blend

It doesn't matter. Any quality probiotic that has the strains you need will work.Chris Kresser recommends Klaire Labs products.On Facebook, AJ recommended Metagenics.Just research a quality product and go with that.
