Can someone assess my day. I have been listening to the podcasts and realize I may be taking in to much protein over fat. I am a 5'3 female…I probably weight about 110. I workout 6 days a week and do HIIT 3 times a week in conjunction with my weight training program. First thing 30 oz green tea with 1/4 cup coffee cream ( 18% fat)Breakfast is 5 egg whites, 1 Tablespoon fish oil and 1 slice of bacon. Lunch is a bowl of raw kale, half an avocado, 2 oz grass fed beef and a chunk of cheeseMid afternoon 1 whole egg with 2 oz grass fed beefWORKOUTPW 2 scoops of whey proteinI usually make a fudge out of coconut butter and oil and I eat a piece of this over the rest of the night
