To much Protein?

    Can someone assess my day.  I have been listening to the podcasts and realize I may be taking in to much protein over fat.  I am a 5'3 female…I probably weight about 110.  I workout 6 days a week and do HIIT 3 times a week in conjunction with my weight training program. First thing  30 oz green tea with 1/4 cup coffee cream ( 18% fat)Breakfast is 5 egg whites, 1 Tablespoon fish oil and 1 slice of bacon.  Lunch is a bowl of raw kale, half an avocado, 2 oz grass fed beef and a chunk of cheeseMid afternoon  1 whole egg with 2 oz  grass fed beefWORKOUTPW 2 scoops of whey proteinI usually make a fudge out of coconut butter and oil and I eat a piece of this over the rest of the night

    doesn't look like much to me.. not sure how you only eat 2 oz of beef at a time lol 🙂 one thing though don't think you need 50g of protein in your pwo shake.. id just stick with 1 scoop of whey not 2

    for breakfast? depends.. for me i do well with nothing for breakfast.. others don't function well i'd try both ways

    If you're going to eat breakfast, eat whole eggs instead of whites to keep the fat macros a little higher.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I agree with most recommendations made.I mean, if it works don't change, but it seems like you are getting hardly any fat and quite of bit of protein.

    Better off eating the WHOLE egg. 3 Whole eggs give you just as much protein as 5 egg whites plus FAT…Egg whites are a waste, you are throwing away ALL the best stuff in the yolk..
