Depends. 20-30g whey could be a great place to start, 3-5g leucine with some creatine.

Ideally:10 g of hydrolysate (casein would be the best)10 g of whey isolate10 g of casein5 g of leucineI'm still stumped on MCT oil.  It seems Kiefer flip flops on it.

I use it when ULC for what it's worth.

I did the MCT post-workout when remaining ULC for a while.  For some reason, made me sick to my stomach.  No idea why.  Any other time (pre-w/o for instance) I don't have that problem.  Plus, yes, Kiefer seems to go back and forth on it.  I just stick to protein post-w/o when staying ULC, and add in dextrose when backloading or on a CarbNite.

I actually found that I can not handle MCT oil in high stress situations, like pre or post workout.  It makes me shit my brains out.  I can handle it the morning rather well though.
