So I am constantly re inflaming an old injury as of late. I got rear ended in a hit and run in college whacked my back out for a few days but then I felt better. latter I was out on an adventure run and I ran over a low wall whoops only low on one side so that was one re inflaming event. I hoped off a wall on purpose at some point after that And it really didn't hurt but was a little tweaked the next day. Now just recently I slipped while hiking a trail landed square on my ass and I was laid up for 2 weeks then just agian today I jumped into a waterfall pond and the impact translated up my spine mind you It was not any harder than a small bump on the but and again I am hurt. Why I am really really prone to injury in this area I don't know. But dose any one here have any reading they have done on coming back from injury. part of being healthy and fit for me is being able to do these joyous physical activities like getting out there in nature and hiking and jumping into ponds and such. If I am prone to this injury again and again it takes some of the fun out of being in shape. Any help is appreciated.

Try voltaren emugel if that does not help then it is deeper than a soft tissue injury. Short of that rehab work to strengthen the back to correct it or a good chiropractor to see if it's got anything to do with alignment of the spine.Sent from my SGH-I337M using Tapatalk
