Is plain greek yogurt a good staple for ULC?  It looks like 10 grams of carbs per 3/4 cup but I was curious about the sugars from the milk?  Would you consider it a once in a while or an everyday food?

I would avoid yogurt while ULC.Even with low carbs it will significantly raise insulin.

Does that go for cottage cheese as well?

It's probably slightly better. Maybe a treat here and there thing.

So do you have no dairy at all?

Some dairy is almost a complete no on ULC days.

I use butter and some Sour cream, plus hard cheese sometimes.

Really, a complete No? I have been using it daily…..I am assuming the heavy cream in coffee is ok?

ive been doing cottage cheese almost all ulc days, and still have great results.  I did try a period without any dairy, but it didnt benefit me that much.  some people have different tolerances to dairy, but in most cases, HWC/hard cheeses are the best options for dairy
