BallSoHardMemberWhen running Strength Accumulation and the goal being to get stronger & fat loss. Do you want to be in a caloric deficit on training days also? I know on off days you would be ULC which would more then likely result in a deficit unless you go crazy on the fats. But in the end fat loss comes to calories in vs calories out. So would a training day result in a caloric deficit?

GnomerParticipantif you could accurately calculate it maybe.. but for example according to the numerous online calculators i been eating on average probably 500+ calories lower than my TDE yet I put on 30lbs and dropped bodyfat.. go figure..

If you truly believe that, then you've kinda answered your own question. 😛I, however, don't buy into that concept.. As Sano illustrated above.

that's really the problem I feel it's different for everyone.. over time though you should get to a point you understand how your body to reacts to certain amounts of foods and you can manipulate from there to help lose the fat and gain muscle.. you can use a calculator and try to figure out a set number if you want I just find its not really necessary.. for me leangaines 16/8 combined with CBL has worked very well without the need to count my macros or calories on a daily basis.. I also believe type of training plays just as big of a role as nutrition when it comes to this as well
