Kiefer says to use creatine so I picked up a container of creatine monohydrate. I've heard plenty of people say you need to take it every single day for it to build up in your system and be effective but the directions on the label do not say this. It just says to take it pre- and post-workout. So, if someone were to workout 2-3 times per week, you would be taking the creatine only 2-3 per week? Just looking for a little clarification.
There's a ton of different dosage protocols for creatine. That's why you are seeing conflicting information. While radical compared to most creatine protocols, Kiefer's creatine recommendations work very well for me.
