I'm curious if anyone else received these emails! It says carbnite/ trainer but when using my phone the link is broken!It starts of with a shockwave protocol link then talks about other DH stuff before the link for the trainer! Which was described like the software that has been talked about?Very strange

Yeah I currently haven't recieved anything like this yet, possibly Kiefer's Program for his shredded routine?
