Due to social and travel constraints, I was thinking of doing more frequent CarbNites and just upping my workouts to make sure I deplete my glycogen before the next CarbNite.I've been doing this long enough to know what my body feels like in ketosis. It's about 4-5 days with no workouts and ULC, and maybe 2-3 days with workouts.Has anyone else tried Carbnites like very 4 days, instead of once a week so long as workout intensity is high?
