So I have spent the last 3 months getting to my goal of about 7% BF nad I want to switch to an SA type CBL protocol. I managed to maintain my LBM while getting down to 7% which was great, but now my goal is to add some size while trying to maintain this BF level.I've read numerous times that the pump is a big factor in regard to muscle growth, so I'm not sure for this new phase/goal if I should have my PM carbs the day before to aid in pumps for the next day's training session or if I should have my carbs PWO on training days?Any help much appreciated.
