Carbing up for a crossfit competition

    What do you guys think is the best way to carb up for a crossfit competition? I would think that it would be something like 2 days of reintroduction of carbs then the night before the comp hit the rice / sweet potatoes really hard?I would think that just a carb nite before wouldn't be enough to completely restock all of the glucose supply including the liver?Then i would just hit the introduction phase again post comp.
