Hi,while doing carbnite, can you eat sparingly on cheese and coconut oil.I am tending to snack a lot on cheddar, edam, parmeggiano, etc.Also is it ok to take a tablespoon of coconut oil direct from its jar...I am doing this almost every morning.Lastly, all these fats into our system wont start clogging veins, arteries, etc and send cholesterol to high levels?thanksemann
Coconut Oil is fine to have straight from the jar, cheese is a moderate choice, and the cholesterol question no. I would highly recommend checking out Jimmy Moore's Website, I believe it is Low Carb High Fat
