Ok well you aren't overweight at all so you aren't going to see rapid changes anymore.  You might need to start monitoring your food intake if you are looking to get leaner.

So you're asking how to monitor your food intake??? … ??? … by writing it all down, keeping a log of how much you ate, of what, when, and the macros. Example: Breakfast - 8oz coffee, 2tbs heavy whipping cream (30g f)  Lunch - 4 slices bacon  (28g f, 20g p, 3g carb) 2 eggs (10g f, 12g p, 1g c)Dinner - steak (60g f, 77g p) and broccoli with 2tbsp butter (25g f, 4g p, 7g c) Total macros for the example day is 153g fat, 113g protein, 11g carbs. No one can really help you if we can't see what your week looks like with food choices.

Up the FAT lower the Protein. You should break the plateau. Your body’s probably really efficient at converting protein to glucose “Carbs.”Run that for about two weeks, then switch back to 1 TO 1, fat to protein macros. Here’s a good cookbook on the subject. http://www.amazon.com/Fat-Fast-Cookbook-Recipes-Weight-ebook/dp/B00BGGBE20

That's one option, however I find the opposite works for a lot of people as well.

I hate to say it, because it is pretty extreme. But I lose weight the fastest when I follow this schedule. 6:00 AM = Bulletproof coffee6:00 AM = Workout2:00 PM = Protein shake – ULC meal as well6:00 PM = Final ULC mealMacros 150 Grams protein, 200 Grams Fat, 30 or less Grams Carbs. 1 Gallon of water. So essential I fast between 6PM to 6AM only having bulletproof coffee.
