Hey, I noticed that when I was on vacation and eating carbs whenever I felt like it day after day. I would feel the symptoms of high blood sugar and insulin ( dizziness, tired ect)But when I came back and started eating carbs only after the gym. I don't feel that way at all. Is this the result of my muscles absorbing the sugar in the blood stream?Depth before dishonor!!!!

Im not positive, but I get the high sugar/insulin symptoms whenever i have carbs in the morning/early afternoon.  It may be a combination of exercise, and the fact that insulin does not get as highly affected in the evening hours.  just my two cents.

Could be down to the body attempting to store the extra carbs as a result already full glycogen stores which could lead to dehydration and a lack of electrolytes since carbs need water to be retained in the body, This would lead to dizziness & disorientation and could factor into what you where feeling at the time,  at least this is what I have found in my experience.
