chrisbless10ParticipantIm coming over from CNS have used it for the past two months went from 203 at about 16% bodyfat to 190 9.4% bodyfat and now want to switch to CBL I had a couple questions.1) Should I backload on days I workout or the day before my workouts. I workout 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri).2) On my off days can I use the exact same meal plans I am currently using for CNS?3) On backload days it looks like Keifer takes a cleaner approach on the meals leading up to the back-load. Is that necessary or can I use my first two meals from CNS on that as well? Thanks for the help!

chrisbless10ParticipantIv read the whole book 3 times. It doesnt tell you exactly what you need it just shows examples. That's why I am asking these 3 simple questions. Wouldnt take long to answer them, thanks anyway.

1)Book says backload after training in the evenings. Backload evening prior to morning training.2)Book mentions to stay ULC as you would do always on days you don't train.3)What do you mean? Being ULC to the backload or are you asking to have carbs before the evening comes? Stay ULC.

No. It's saying you eat lower fat in your backload. Not leading up to. Leading up to, go high fat as normal.
