Sooo, long story short. I ended up drinking a loooot last night. First time in 1yr. The question is, My CarbNite's are usually today, should I skip it because of the booze I drank last night? Thanks.
Beer tends to be quite high in carbs, so I would skip the carb nite or have a very moderate one. By moderate I mean stay within your maintenance amount of calories for the day.
I would also say don't sweat it. It's one week and everyone is entitled to blow off the protocols once in a while. Just hop back on the train and get going again!
