I have never noticed having a sensitivity to nuts before.I have been on CNS for about 5 months. For the last 6 weeks or so (maybe longer but I have only noticed it over the last 6 weekish period) if I have nuts for a snack I am *DOUBLED* over in stomach pain. No bowel movements just intense pain. For my snack its usually 2 oz of pepperoni and 4 pc of bacon. But I have switched it out 3 x now with nuts to intense pain as a result.2 times have been 20 almonds1 time was 20 cashews It took almost 4 hours for the pain to go away from the cashews yesterday. I have also noticed that if i have a dirtier carb nite (more of a cacophony of things) that my stomach hurts as well. I have never had stomach issues before and am curious as to why I would be so sensitive now? (bar food and grease I could see but the nuts and only 20 of them I dont?)Normal Daily Diet:7am Lift8am PWO shake / creatine9am Coffee w/ HWC12pm chicken thigh w/ 1 cup of spinach w/ butter3pm pepperoni and bacon6pm burger meat vegetable w/ butter maybe7pm fiber creatine multi vitamin and fish oil vitamin dI follow that every day except for carb nite.Any suggestions?

LOL thats what my wife said. If they hurt your stomach don't eat them. haha. I am just more curious as to why I am having that reaction? Is it possible since I am eating the same thing or close to the same thing every day that it is screwing something up?

Yes. You can develop intolerance's to food by eating the same food over and over again. They normally go away after a few week break from eating the food though.

I guess my confusion though is more related to the fact that I dont eat nuts often at all. When I do eat them its horrible. I did not have this issue before CNS.Ill try them again in a few weeks i guess. A change like this though makes me curious to try and understand whats happening "under the hood" to make this happen.I have ~15 more pounds to go. So hopefully a few months then Ill be on to CBL.

these nuts werent kept in the same container, were they?  Could be they spoiled and contaminated the container?  Just a thought.

but isn't a community jar technically the same container?  I'm just saying, maybe try nuts from a different source.  mold is a nasty thing.
