Length of backload

    How long should I continue to eat carbs after working out?

    It depends. Normally no longer than 3-4 hours.

    I'm a female so would I be better sticking with 2-3 hours?

    1-2 hours is my suggestion. Probably no more than an hour.

    There is no time limit.However, for a woman you will most likely do best with a dinner and a dessert and that being pretty much it.

    Not sure if there's any difference for a woman but I haven't noticed a difference much by changing the length.  I usually keep it to 4 hours maximum but I've dabbled with 1 – 2 hours max and haven't seen a difference.  I find what's more important is figuring out how the amount of carbs that works best for you.
