I have been doing CBL for a while now, and I am not sure I'm doing it right with the fats. I'm 32, 183cm tall and currently weight 83kg (183lbs)I try to eat an average of 200g of protein a day (mostly meat, some cheese and eggs, and PWS with whey isolate and whey hydrolysate after training)For my breakfast, its pretty easy to eat fat, I just get a couple slices of pork belly, and 3 large eggs.. I actually throw away the fat that comes from the pork during cooking, since there is still alot of it in the meat, and I guess that would be enough. For lunch, I will eat 300g of beef, pork or fish, with some brocolis. So, according to the guidelines, I should eat at the very least 60g of fat with that right? Meat has some fat in it so I usually add about 50g of butter to it, but with fish I need to add more than 75g of butter, and that is alot of butter! The brocolis are litteraly swimming in the stuff. It just feels weird to add so much butter, but maybe its just the way to go.I feel like I could loose some body fat, but then again I am trying to bulk, and muscle growth is not going too fast (I never was muscular and building new muscles at 30+ is not supposed to be easy) so I really want to make sure my body has enough of everything, but I'm kinda scared of going overboard!
