Hello everyone! Been a while since I posted. Carbnite is doing very well for me. Completed ToughMudder Nashville a month ago with no issues. Been Crossfitting for month now and I'm ready to start back Strength training or Powerlifting. I've read over these three programs and want anyone's input on them. Have you tried them? How was your progression? Personal opinion on all?1) 5/3/1 (was on prior to ToughMudder).2) Cube Method3) Juggernaut MethodThanks!Sandy

I've never used the Juggernaut Method so I can't attest to it.  5/3/1 is a good strength training program, but it's not really that great for powerlifting.  I like the idea of the Cube Method, but I don't really care for the way Brandon Lily does it.  The Cube I think would work better if there wasn't such wild variations in volume and intensities.

    1) I have done 5/3/1 from the 2nd Edition book, and Beyond 5/3/1. I really like the Beyond 5/3/1 versions he has out, and if I was to go do a strength program again it would be this.2) I've read it, and if you take certain parts it does seem legit to do, but like what Ibob said a lot of wild variations.3) Never done that one.

It's supposed to be a good program.  A guy at my gym does it and he likes it.
