Hey Guys, I'm pretty experienced on CNS/CBL, but wanted some first hand knowledge about recovering after a day of unhealthy eating. I'm had a full day of high carb meals yesterday (total of about 500g carbs). Should I do anything different than a usual post-CN day. Any advice for not feeling too bloated?
I would say it would depend on how long you have been doing CBL/CNS. I would do some HIIT today and go 5 days or so ULC depending on how long you have been on CNS/CBL and see from there. I would also say it depends on what time of the day you were eating the carbs.Last year I was on CBL and went off the eating plan while on vacation. I did 5 days of ULC and I was fine.
