Yeah TCB found it thanks but is there any info about the rep scemes e.g. back squats Elect reps 10+1. I thought elect reps are one giant set of 5×3? Some reps say 10+3 could you explain this for me? Thanks in advance
I do believe there is an article on the Athlete.io site referencing Heavy Duty.ELECT is how you go about a movement, PSR is the giant set/rep performance. 10+3, you do 10 reps as normal and the last 3 are performed as negatives.
