I work out side all day in the hot weather. I feel like I'm burning through what Carbs I are from the prior nights back load. So the question is; if I'm out in hot weather do I burn more glucose? Depth before dishonor!!!!
I will go out on a limb here and say no. You burn glucose when you're exerting your muscles with physical work, i.e. resistance training, lifting via work, etc. If you're sweating, you're body is releasing water through your sweat pours to cool the body off so you don't overheat. Once you're out of water, that's when cramping and dehyrdation kicks in.
