On off days when you eat ULC the entire day would it be beneficial to do the same shift in calories towards the latter half of the day?  That way I can benefit from the fat loss that occurs from keeping insulin in check and the hormonal circadian and then not worry as much in the later half of day with a spike in insulin that I may get from increasing my protein intake at each meal?something like this:7am - wake9am - black coffee with coconut oil1pm - 2 oz turkey 1 string cheese 1 tblspoon coconut oil4pm - 6 oz turkey 1 string cheese 1 tblspoon coconut oil7pm 8 oz hamburger with mustard10pm 8 oz chicken with salad greens, cheese and olive oil

It's up to you. If you're more comfortable shifting the bulk of food toward later in the day, then do it. If you're hungry earlier; eat.I don't really believe there is enough solid info to say that consuming the bulk of calories early or late is more beneficial. There have been studies that supported both. So go with what works best for you.
