    So listening to the most recent podcast about ketosis, I wonder if one can or how one can maintain muscle mass with carbs at >30 pro 80 and rest fat? I would assume to your workouts would have to be moderated down some to?Thanks!!!

    Workouts would have to change, yes. But Fat, ketones specifically are very muscle sparing.

    I personally found CNS very counterproductive on a heavy training schedule. My sweet spot is three moderate intensity workouts a week, otherwise it is much harder to lose far.
