PWO Snack or drink

    I have the ebook, i've read it twice and I have been following the SA protocol.  I am looking to accelerate fat loss so I am going to decrease the number of carb backloads.  On the days I work out at 5pm but don't plan on backloading,  Should I still spike my insulin post work out with a clean or dirty carb?

    If you train have a PWO Shake, yes. Doesn't have to be carbs, but I'd think backloading almost after every session is a good idea.

    Yeah, I'm with Tex. Training without carbs have been letting me down big time in the past. Also in terms of fat loss.
