Hey I'm new to carb backloading again and gonna get back into it, I plan on working out at 9:30 so does that mean I have to eat my heavy carb meal before my workout? And then eat some heavy carbs again after? If someone can help me with like a schedule of theirs when they workout out around 9:30 or so that would be cool. And also do I still have to eat no carbs for a bout a week before doing carb backloading?
No, don't eat carbs pre-workout unless you are totally unable to eat them after your workout. If you have troubles eating enough you should add some carbs to your PWO shake and start sipping it about half way through.
