Hey everyone,Im about to start density bulking and I have couple of questions..1) on days off, im under the 30 gr carbs and I feel very catabolic.. Does someone do it too and got results?2) after the training (6:30 pm)I start the back load with the PWO with grapes sugar (50gr) And after half a hour (7pm) eating a big carby meal (about 150 carbs ) . 2 hours later (9pm) I eat another big carby meal (about 150 carbs) and before bed I eat cottage cheese .Am I doing something wrong?Do I need to include more carbs? If I want to eat ice cream , cookies etc.. In which meal include it?If I want to change the grapes sugar to banana , I must eat it when its overly-ripe?What the benefits of including PWO shake with each meal ? Do I have to include carbs in ? Im 17.568 kg About 11-12 % body fatThank for the helpers!

I'm not sure what feeling catabolic would feel like. You'll have to describe more, I don't think catabolic is the word you're looking for.

It looks ok, but totally depends if you're getting the progress you want.

Do I need to include more carbs?

It depends on the progress you're making. But 300-400 is PROBABLY sufficient, but nobody can say for sure for you.

If I want to eat ice cream , cookies etc.. In which meal include it?

Doesn't hugely matter, but if you wanted to nitpick it, probably best in the last carb meal.

If I want to change the grapes sugar to banana , I must eat it when its overly-ripe?

Ideally, yes, you want the brown spotted/striped bananas. The sugars have converted themselves into more glucose, less fiber.

What the benefits of including PWO shake with each meal ? Do I have to include carbs in ?

Benefits would be that it would easily allow you to get in a lot more calories in a day if you're having trouble eating enough. Other than that, nothing really. And no, you don't have to have carbs in it. (Immediately PWO, putting some carbs in it is a good idea, but beyond that, no big deal.)

    What do you mean progress?

Can I change it with something else?

I second TCB on everything.  You are fine doing what you are doing.  As far as “feeling catabolic” I can assure you, you are fine.  What did your diet look like before CBL?

Progress.. As in are you achieving the results you want.As far as the bananas, some people say you can microwave or bake green bananas to get some sugar conversion. Or you could just buy extra and by the time you get to them, they'll be over-ripe.

I never tried baking bannas and such, but know this works.  I usually look clopsely in the store for the bananas which are usually at the bottom of the pile.  IMO, only use a pwo with each meal if you're protein macros are really lacking.  If you aren't feeling “full” (full of glycogen), maybe include more starchy carbs.  This happened to me when I was only at 150g per backload.  The only place I dont agree with TCB is in terms of the cookies/ice cream/other treats.  Ive had better results consuming these with my first meal, ideally no more than 1 hour after a workout.  If you can consume cookies/junk before your other meals without skipping out on protein/cleaner carbs, I would have them at the first meal.
