Hi guys! im just confused about protein from fat and carb sources. i have done a lot of research, some say you should count and some say you don't because they are incomplete protein. what do you guys suggest? like today i ate some cheerios that gave me ~15g protein then had peanuts about 100g that gave me ~25p. shall i count them towards my protein no or just count the protein from meat, dairy and eggs only? thanks guys
I count them, but probably more important than counting or not counting is to decide which way you want to go and stick to it. That way you'll at least be consistent and can make changes as needed.
