anyone ever done this?So eating ulc all week, then once a week or every second week, eating as much steak,bacon,eggs,coconut ect.and upping the weekly veg intake on that day.yes this defeats the purpous of cns but.I am interested.
Yes it'll “spike” calories, but again certain macros affect hormones, so it wouldn't be a point in forcing yourself to eat just fats and protein. If you're doing it because you're really hungry, then I don't see a problem, but to do it for a metabolism standpoint, just eat the carbs too.
