I was thinking about switching over to cbl for a little because I don't seem to be getting much results lately from cns but I was wondering if that would be a bad idea considering I'm in school and it gets very stressful at times as I've heard stress can cause problems with women on cbl but I would only have clean backloads like white rice and potatoes?
I don't think more carbs are the answer if you're stressing over school and Life right now. Just my thoughts. You can eat rice and potatoes on CNS, but if you're overly worried about things, that won't help either.
