    PHAT is a DUP upper lower split. At least the original template was. Upper strength, lower strength, upper hyper, lower hyper training days, right?

    Yeah. Day 1: upper strength Day 2: lower strength Day 3: restDay 4: chest and arms hypDay 5: lower hypDay 6: back and shoulders hypDay 7: restThis is how I've been doing it for the last month. I like it, but in my experience, it takes a lot of eating to sustain. I like to train and I like to eat, so that good.
