Hello all, Just trying to get a good feel for CBL nutrition, training in the AM and eating carbs the night before. I've been CNS for about 7 months and I want to experiment with differed foods to loos the last bit of BF and tighten up. My BW is 250 goal is 240, Height is 6'4" and BF is between 15 and 18%. Attached is the myfitpal diary for CBL. Where I have been CNS for so long I'm kinda skiddish about eating carbs. Any advise would be cool. 🙂
Doesn't look bad, really. Carbs and calories are probably lower than they could be, depending on your training especially.Also, myfitpal might be giving some poor info.. It seems like it's showing a LOT of fat content for stuff like chicken breast, etc. Just a thought 🙂
