Those ingredients are fine. I couldn't tell you why it makes you hold water though.
Salty foods can indeed increase fluid retention, especially with a sedentary lifestyle (desk job, etc.).And it seems to get worse with age and/or extra weight. :-_
If you vary salt intake, that can make you hold water. I eat pretty high salt, but it's consistent, and I don't hold water because if it. Can I ask what kind of training you are doing? And I assume you are doing CNS?
