Hello all:I did a Carb Nite last Saturday. But then Sunday because of various reasons, I did NOT go ULC, just ate normally and drank a few beers. Do I need to do the 10-day prep again ?FYI, I have been on CNS for about 4 weeks now and getting good results. Please advise. Thanks.
I definitely did this before.. just throw in a HIIT session on Monday and Tuesday.. and continue on the 7 day period. Some people do two carb nites.. others do carb nites every 2-3 weeks.I truly believe the diet can allow once-in-a-whiles.. where you'd go beyond the pattern of your ULC and CN cycle.. just as long as throughout the year you've been following the diet more than 80% of the time.. you should be fine.
