Good deal buddy! It's just been exactly one month since I started CNS. I started at around 265 LBS 30% BF, now down to around 245 LBS 24.5% bodyfat. It's been great. Lately, I've been looking a bit flat, probably due to low glycogen levels. I've been weight training 3-4 times per week with 1-2 HIIT/ 30 mins. light jogging per week.Looking forward to hearing about your progress. It's definitely a learn as you go type of program, figuring out how your body reacts to certain foods, workouts, supplements, etc. These forums are a great help.Pete
