M, 37, 20%.I did cbl without prep for 2 weeks, lifting weigths every evening.Now i want to do the 10 day prep. Should i have the PWO Shake? Would the 40g dextro hurt?I guess i dont need the insulin spike during prep, but would the sugar not directly go into muscle cells and nowhere else?On one side im scared of ulc for 10 days, but on the other side i think the sugar in the pwo shake might ignite the desire for carbs.Thanks!
Thanks!I decided to not take the shake to keep my fat-ratio up. Just creatin.My body fat already dropped to an all-time low after 2 days.Years of cycling and running did not accomplish that.I feel hot as hell though and stressed out.I do 150g fat and protein, less then 20g carbs.This is more a mental challenge then physical so far, but i have always been very emotionally sensitive to foods. The coconut oil is great because it disolves perfectly in a cup of coffee and has a nice taste.
Day 6. First time i took the shake (sans carbs) during prep. But it makes me really dizzy, why is that?I was dizzy too on the backloads and assumed its the massive amounts of carbs and sugars, but now it looks like its something about the shake.
