ladennifer_jadanistonMemberSo I started my new cycle of 5/3/1 this morning and used Carb Shock for the first time 1 hour post workout. I also ordered two bottles of T3 and took two of those suckers upon waking.Since my carb nite is on Sunday nights, I always run a little hot on Mondays, so it could be that, but I definitely "feel" the insulin spike. Heart rate slightly elevated, body temperature slightly risen. The taste is... not great, but I don't really care. I use Protein Factory Molkagen Whey Isolate and Creapure as well.I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked this weekend, but right now I feel surprisingly alert, focused. I'll keep this thread updated with how I react and train with this cycle of supps.

peter ToparisMemberG'day from Australia,could I ask u a huge favour ,could u post a pic or list the nutrition label for t3 fuel for me ,with the amounts of each ingredient ,it would be much appreciated.

Yep, me too. I've taken it twice so far with no carbs (I'm 8 days ULC at the moment) and I definitely feel the insulin spike.

Try and find the facebook group Superhuman in training. That sort of thing is on there.

My recovery has been great. Along with how my body composition is coming along. T3 Fuel has also been a great addition with Carb Shock. I plan to have a BodPod done and will share the data when I get it.

ladennifer_jadanistonMemberI really like Carb Shock. Muscles definitely feel fuller during ULC stretches and I feel like T3 plays a big part in recovery.
