Hey everyone.Glad to have come across this board/content...specifically Kiefers work.I initially posed a question regarding what I now know for this board is a step up from dangerously hardcore,...perhaps it was super dangerously hardcore?Kidding aside.I had a good experience with the Warriors Diet and really re-peaked my interest in just how timing seemed to play a significant role in the results of energy intake.Nearing 40 yrs old I had been indoctrinated with the whole "fats are bad, carbs are good" generalization.I was literally wondering why I was not dying the first time I dropped carbs significantly via coming onto Dave Asprey and his Bullet Proof diet. Then finally stumbling upon Kiefer, he was able to again place a lot of missing pieces into this seemingly connected set of ideas, Warrior and Bullet Proof.Anyways, I have trained for ever and can talk shop with the best of them on training...but when it comes to nutrition, the whys and hows, even though I feel I am heads and shoulders above the "average joe" NOW, I still consider myself a hungry newbie.I come from boards (I'm actually a Moderator at one of them) where as a community we talk about ANYTHING and everything and believe education on a topic no matter what it is is open to be explored and emphasize the importance of making decisions for oneself based on the best information available. However I realize this is NOT one of those boards and I will respect the rules and guidelines as such.My interest is 60% Powerlifting, 20% Bodybuilding/Shaping and 20% overall functional ability.See you crazy cats out there!Peace.
