Jerem_FoeHammerMemberHey guys recently I have a bouts of sudden tiredness both randomly and after eating. I have been back loading for a while now and this is new. Could it be I need to eat more? Or is my body not fat adapted anymore and is crashing after it used up the glucose? Thanks Depth before dishonor!!!!

Jenelle BrewerParticipantThis could be about a million things. But the first thing that came to mind for me is an electrolyte imbalance — not enough sodium, or not enough potassium. Look up potassium deficiency and see if the symptoms fit, especially if you do use a lot of salt.It could also be that something you are eating is not agreeing with you. Yes, foods can cause symptoms like this.It could also be that you are not eating enough. And it could be a blood sugar issue. But how would we know that? You'd have to share a bit more info. Meals, meal times, macros, calories.... notes of when this is occurring. But I still suspect potassium. Unless you are eating bananas, potatoes, and/or avocados on a regular basis.

Jerem_FoeHammerMemberI haven't changed my eating habits in a while so that's what's got me so perplexed. Morning is Coffee Heavy CreamLunch is Beef or Chicken cooked with butter.Dinner is usually More chicken or beef. Dinner on back load days is pretty much what ever I'm feeling that night. Normally rice or potatoes on a occasion I'll have a slice it two do pizza. Depth before dishonor!!!!

TCBParticipantHow long is “awhile?” (that you've been backloading)I personally like to throw in a ULC week or two every couple months. Also, it could be poor digestion if you're feeling tired shortly after a meal.

Jerem_FoeHammerMemberLike 4 months. Also I figured it out. I was dehydrated and wasn't eating enough. I started carrying a gallon of water with me and upped my food intake and I feel 100% better. Also cleaned out the lower pipes if you know what I mean. LolDepth before dishonor!!!!
